Gluten free rolls or bread recipe
Ingredients
500g gluten free self raising flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp xanthan gum
50ml extra virgin olive oil
750ml water

Method
Preheat Oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place all ingredients into Thermomix mixing bowl and mix for 1 min speed 5 (use a normal blender if you do not have a thermomix). It will be vey wet and runny and nothing like pizza dough.

Scoop 1/2 cup of mixure and spread it out on a baking sheet lined pizza tray. Use the back of a spoon to spread the mixture out into a pizza base shape.

Bake for 15 mins. The base should cook but not go brown.

Once cooked allow to cool before turning the base over (to the flattest side), add your pizza sauce and toppings of choice.

The recipe should make 9 pizza bases that can be frozen until needed. Place baking paper between the bases to prevent them sticking to each other in the freezer.

Increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F)

Bake for 15 mins or until your topping is cooked.
